Razvan is a knowledgeable executive search & recruitment consultant with 15+ years of experience in various sectors, covering mid and top level roles in technology and non-technology domains.

He has a common sense approach in everything he does, and along the years has faced many challenging projects, from scouting the market for top developers to be put in charge of fast growing start-ups, to headhunting bank CEOs to take on greenfield operations, or even coaching airplane pilots on how to approach HR interviews, when not flying, of course.

Razvan has a BsC and MsC in Economics, and in the past several years has boosted his IT understanding by following data science and software development courses.

Being involved in talent acquisition since 2007, Ana delved into the challenging IT recruitment world since 2012 and has developed an impressive networking of people with various experiences and skills from this sector, backend to frontend, developers (Java, C, C++, C#, .NET, PHP, React, Angular, Vue just to name few of them), QA specialists, networking and sys admins, project managers, team leaders and managers.

Besides that, she managed to successfully close various non-IT roles, in finance, retail, BPO, managerial and non-managerial positions.

With over 18 years in human resources, much of them spent in recruitment and HR management roles, Mari has a strong understanding of both clients and candidates’ needs, engaging in numerous complex projects that she delivered successfully.

Also, for the past 5 years, Marinela’s been teaching human resources processes with one of the most prestigious universities in Romania.
